How to Grow Good Anise Hyssop
- Soil & Site: Well-drained soil in full sun. Tolerates a range of soil types.
- Sowing: Sow direct in spring or start indoors. Press seeds lightly into the soil surface (needs light to germinate). Thin to 30β45 cm apart.
- Care: Water until established. Drought-tolerant once mature. Deadhead flowers to promote longer blooming.
- Harvest: Pick leaves as needed throughout the season. Cut flowering stems for fresh or dried use.
