How to Grow White Ginger Lily
Planting:

- Set horizontally 5–10 cm (2–4 inches) deep, spacing 45–60 cm (18–24 inches) apart.
- Water thoroughly after planting.
Soil & Care:
- Prefers rich, moist, well-drained soil high in organic matter.
- Full sun to partial shade (afternoon shade ideal in warmer areas).
- Keep soil consistently moist — mulch heavily to retain water.
- Feed occasionally with compost or balanced fertiliser during growth.
Growth & Harvest:
- Height: 1–2 metres (3–6+ feet)
- Spread: Forms clumps 60–120 cm wide
- Blooms: Late summer to autumn (highly fragrant white flowers)
- Cut back dead stems in late autumn. In colder areas, mulch heavily or lift rhizomes for winter storage like dahlias.
