- Care: Thin seedlings to 20–30 cm apart. Water until established. Generally low-maintenance and drought-tolerant once growing.
- Harvest: Cut flowers when buds are just opening for longest vase life. Allow some to go to seed for next year’s plants.
- Tip: Poppies resent root disturbance, so direct sowing gives the best results.
